- Resident Users – A valid NYS Drivers License is required. Payment options include cash, bank check, money order, or a check that matches the name and signature on the drivers license. Individuals without a valid NYS Drivers License may complete the Small Business Application Package detailed below.
- Small Business Customers – No Credit – Complete the Small Business Application Package – No Credit and you will receive one (1) CVR card to use at any MOSA transfer station. Payment options include cash, bank check, money order, or a check that matches the name on the application.
- Customer Application – No Credit – Complete the Customer Application Package – No Credit and you will receive a CVR card for each one of the trucks listed on the application to use at any MOSA transfer station. Payment options include cash, bank check, money order, or a check that matches the name on the application.
- Customer Application – Credit – Anyone interested in obtaining credit must complete the Customer/Credit Application Package. You will receive a CVR card for each one of the trucks listed on the application to use at any MOSA transfer station.
- Municipal Customers – Credit – A municipality interested in obtaining credit must complete the Municipal Customer Application Package. You will receive a CVR card for each one of the trucks listed on the application to use at any MOSA transfer station.
