Our Mission Statement

The mission of the Montgomery-Otsego-Schoharie Solid Waste Management Authority is to
plan and operate solid waste management services in its Service Area that are:

- Guided by the State and Federal policy to reduce, reuse and recycle
- Comprehensive and integrated
- Cost effective
- Safe and environmentally sound
